Very good and brand new property. Breakfast was having limited options but it was ok. Staff could be better, parking area was always with cigarette smoke. Close to the beach, walking distance for youngsters. Can be more better with basic things like good body wash shampoo or soap, need better staff for sure.

Near to sea though the roads are hilly. This is because the structure of the area is overall on a hill as kovalam beach is near hill. Overall nice experience. Sea view from from the room was icing on cake. Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was rather simple but sumptuous. Bang for buck. Pro Tip- Book directly from treebo call centre or website to get the best deal.
